Operations
We use a rigorous Six Sigma based quality system and follow a strict DMAIC methodology to Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control a process. This system starts from the process migration stage and continues throughout production. We also work to add value to client processes by conducting process re-engineering and increasing productivity. We continuously identify areas of improvement by process mapping, applying root cause analysis, Pareto analysis & hypothesis testing.
